Small group workouts with Chris are in high demand. These workouts have a 10 player max, and include 90 minutes of in-person training time. Cost depends on number of players and location.
Designed for the off-season, team workout packages consist of one 90-minute workout per week with Chris, for eight to ten weeks. Cost depends on number of players participating.
